Boat leaves latest 7h45 on the West coast; for a 2-hour trip or longer if you choose the bbq (lobster) on Benitiers island.

Watch the dolphins from the boat or dive & swim with them!!  (snorkeling equipment available in the boat & drinks are also provided).
East:  Ile aux Cerfs
Lazing around the magnificent Ile aux Cerfs; one day; one hour; your choice!

Depart By Boat from BlueBay around 9h45am; or from Trou d’Eau Douce in a taxi-boat.

Domaine d’Anse Jonchée (translates to strewn cove estate)

(ex “Domaine du Chasseur”; Hunter’s Estate). Popular hunting ground for Java deer or wild boar. The estate stretches over hundreds of hectares and offers several trekking possibilities.  You will discover Mauritian fauna and flora in a preserved natural environment along a carefully laid out trail.

Domaine de l’Ylang Ylang
The flowers of the Ylang Ylang are picked very early in the morning and are distilled to produce the essential oil sold at the souvenir shop of the Domaine d’Anse Jonchée. Attend a demonstration and hear explanations of the distilling operations using the antique machine still in service.
